Church Membership
At Bridgedale Community Church, we believe that the Christian life is best lived in community with other believers. Church Membership is how we obey the commands of the Bible together and fulfill the mutual commitment we have made to each other.
Becoming a Member
We believe that church membership is for those who have made a credible profession of faith in Christ and have had that profession affirmed and made public through baptism. The process of joining Bridgedale Community Church is meant to be an enjoyable experience and expose you to what life in the local church looks like.
You will work through the book “Devoted Together: How to Find and Join a Church” with one of our current members. Upon completion, you will meet with one our Pastors to discuss your testimony of salvation and answer any questions you may have. After completing these steps, new members are brought in by congregational vote and baptism (if you have not already been baptized in a church of like faith and practice).
